How Data Deletion Works at AASeada
In compliance with international data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), AASeada provides an automated and irrevocable data deletion process. When you request deletion:
- CRM & Lead Records: Your name, email, phone number, and inquiry history in our database are permanently purged.
- Newsletter Subscriptions: Your email address is immediately unsubscribed and wiped from mailing lists.
- Communication Logs: Archived contact logs and consultation notes are deleted from server stores within 48 business hours.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request complete data removal, email info@aaseada.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address you wish to purge. Our administrative team will process your request and send written confirmation within 48 hours.
Security & Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion, requests must originate from the registered email address. We do not retain backup records of purged contact information.
