Every data class the platform keeps, why it exists, where it lives, and how to make us delete it.
Data we keep and why
- Account data: name, email, bcrypt password hash, verification status, tier — to run your account and licenses.
- Usage & licensing data: license key, device records, monthly usage counters — to enforce the quotas you pay for.
- Payment reports: plan, amount, interval, transaction reference, payer name/email — to reconcile manual transfers.
- Newsletter: email + optional name with double opt-in; every email carries an unsubscribe link.
What we don't do
No tracking pixels, no behavioral ad-tech, no selling or renting of any list. We never touch your card — the PayPal transfer is between you and PayPal; we only store the reconciliation reference you report.
Cookies & sessions
One httpOnly session cookie (aa_seada_web) plus a CSRF proof-of-origin token guard every mutating request. No third-party advertising cookies to consent to.
