Desktop apps — 7-day delivery guarantee
If the app cannot be delivered or activated (license never works, no signed build for your platform, quota never reaches what you paid for), you get a full refund within 7 days of the payment — refunded through the original PayPal channel.
First month — honest-disagreement policy
If a tier isn't the fit its own page promised, tell us what truth was missed and we refund the unused period in full or pro-rata. One license revoke in the dashboard may be requested before the refund.
Renewals
Nothing renews automatically — each period is a deliberate transfer. Payments recorded after a lapse start a fresh period; switch monthly/yearly anytime, you never pay twice for the same days.
Studio services
Charged per the written scope; delivery failures are refunded in full for the unused balance. Email first: info@aaseada.com.
