Deliverables & Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final milestone payment, full intellectual property rights, source code, and assets for custom client deliverables are transferred to the client in full. AASeada retains no proprietary claims over client IP.
Service Sprints & Timelines
Projects are executed in transparent sprint milestones with defined scopes, acceptance criteria, and revision cycles. Any scope changes during development are documented and approved prior to implementation.
Client Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All proprietary client materials, data schemas, business logic, and communications are held in strict confidence under standard non-disclosure terms.
Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Deliverables are provided with a 30-day post-launch warranty covering software bug fixes. We ensure all custom software conforms to modern security and performance industry standards.
